We hope you love your Minka Dink products! However, if you need to change something, please read below and we will sort it for you as quickly as possible.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging (barcode visible), with all tags attached.

Exchanges & Return for Store Credit / Refund

You must submit your return/exchange via our Returns Portal within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 5 days to send the item(s) back. Please allow up to 5 working days for your return/exchange to be processed once delivered back to the warehouse.

Return for Refund - £3.99

SALE PURCHASES

Any products bought from the sample sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Any products bought in any sale (Summer Sale, Black Friday etc) can only be exchanged or returned for store credit.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All costs associated with returning or exchanging international orders must be covered by the customer.

EXTENDED RETURNS

If your item is a gift or you are going away and need an extended returns deadline, please email contact@minkadinklondon.com within 3 days of ordering with the subject ‘Extended Return Request’.
