RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love your Minka Dink products! However, if you need to change something, please read below and we will sort it for you as quickly as possible.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging (barcode visible), with all tags attached.

Exchanges & Return for Store Credit

You must submit your exchange via our Returns Portal within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 5 days to send the item(s) back. Please allow up to 5 working days for your exchange to be processed once delivered back to the warehouse. Initial postage costs must be covered by the customer, but we will send the new item out for free.

Return for Refund

Please email contact@minkadinklondon.com to arrange your return for refund and we will send over the instructions for you. All postage costs are covered by the customer and you must email within 14 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund.

Please ensure to send your items using a TRACKED DELIVERY SERVICE as we cannot accept any responsibility for items lost on their return.

SALE PURCHASES

Any products bought from the sample sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Any products bought in any sale (Black Friday etc) can only be exchanged or returned for store credit.

EXTENDED RETURNS

If your item is a gift or you are going away and need an extended returns deadline, please email contact@minkadinklondon.com within 3 days of ordering with the subject ‘Extended Return Request’.
