We hope you love your Minka Dink products! However, if you need to change something, please read below and we will sort it for you as quickly as possible.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging (barcode visible), with all tags attached.
Exchanges & Return for Store Credit / Refund
You must submit your return/exchange via our Returns Portal within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 5 days to send the item(s) back. Please allow up to 5 working days for your return/exchange to be processed once delivered back to the warehouse.

CHRISTMAS PURCHASES
Online purchases (of full price items) made after the 15th of November as well as any purchases made in person at Christmas Fairs can be returned up until the 5th of January.
BLACK FRIDAY PURCHASES - Black Friday purchases are eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit if returned within two weeks of the order date. To provide added flexibility during the Christmas period, we are extending the returns period for Black Friday purchases for exchanges and store credit only until the 5th of January.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All costs associated with returning or exchanging international orders must be covered by the customer.
EXTENDED RETURNS
If your item is a gift or you are going away and need an extended returns deadline, please email contact@minkadinklondon.com within 3 days of ordering with the subject ‘Extended Return Request’.
