We hope you love your Minka Dink products! However, if you need to change something, please read below and we will sort it for you as quickly as possible.
All item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging (barcode visible), with all tags attached.
Exchanges & Return for Store Credit / Refund
You must submit your return/exchange via our Returns Portal within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 5 days to send the item(s) back. Please allow up to 5 working days for your return/exchange to be processed once delivered back to the warehouse.

If your item is a gift or you are going away and need an extended returns deadline, please emailcontact@minkadinklondon.com within 3 days of ordering with the subject ‘Extended Return Request’.
Archive sale purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on these items.
