Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Minka Dink products, however, if you need to change something, please read below and we will sort it for you as quickly as possible. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We do not offer refunds. However, you are able to return your items in exchange for a gift voucher for our store or exchange the item for a different product, size or colour. The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging and condition within 14 days of purchasing. Any items sent back later than the 14 day period will be sent back to the customer. The customer is required to pay for all postage costs associated with returning or exchanging any item(s). 

 

SAMPLE SALE PURCHASES: Any product from the sample sale cannot be returned to the address below. Please email minnie@minkadinklondon for any sample sale exchange/return queries.

 

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE:

1. Please print our Returns & Exchanges form, fill in your details and place the form in the package.

2. Start a Return - head to our portal to complete your exchange/return.

 

If you do not have access to a printer, please write the information clearly on a piece of paper and place in the package. 
 

Please ensure to send your items using a TRACKED DELIVERY SERVICE as we cannot accept any responsibility for items lost on their return.

Please allow 3 days for us to process your exchange/return. Once your item has been checked for quality control, you will receive an email with the next steps. The email will have the subject: Return / Exchange from Minka Dink London.

 

 

EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

We do not accept either returns or exchanges on Sale or Pre-order items as well as any of the Dinky Sets, due to hygiene reasons. 

 

FAULTY ITEMS

Please email minnie@minkadinklondon.com and put the subject as FAULTY ITEM with the description of the fault of the product and we will get back to you as soon as possible regarding the solution.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Our Returns and Refunds Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, website’s Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Returnsand Refunds Policy at any time.

 

POLICY

When the product is incorrect from the one the customer ordered or when the item is damaged, the customer must send photos or a video within 48 hours after delivery showing the item is incorrect or DOA (Dead On Arrival).

We do not offer refunds. However, you are able to return your items in exchange for a gift voucher for our store or exchange the item for a different product, size or colour

If you need to make an exchange, please send an email to minnie@minkadinklondon.com for return instructions. After the returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email with instructions on how to receive your replacement item.

The customer can return it within 14 days of the order receipt by customers. We will ask the customer to send the product back to our office (the full address will be provided to the customer via email). The customer shall be held responsible for all the shipping fees in this case.

The customer must ensure to return the item with its original packaging and all accessories in the same condition as received.
All customers must contact www.minkadinklondon.com for approval before sending or returning any item to us.
www.minkadinklondon.com will not be responsible for the returned item without prior notification to www.minkadinklondon.com.

We will issue you a gift voucher/store credit once we've received your return. Store credits do not expire.

 

Note:

www.minkadinklondon.com reserves the right to any changes to the return policy. Any changes will be updated on our website.

Any sale or promotional items that are sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. The refund will be made at our sole discretion.

We are happy to support you if there is any issue you can contact our back-office team for any inquiry or problem.

If for any reason, our customer support team confirms a refund. Then, a refund will be made accordingly.
