How do I contact Customer Service?

Opening hours: Monday-Friday: 8:30am-6pm (GMT). Please note we are closed on weekends and UK bank holidays.

Do you offer gift cards?

You can purchase a gift card here.

This is an e-gift card, so the code will be sent to the email address provided, a physical copy will not be posted.

To redeem your gift card, enter the unique code at checkout before entering any payment information. If you experience any issues purchasing or using a gift card, please contact our customer service team at contact@minkadinklondon.com.

Where can I find my order number?

Your order number will be on your confirmation email.
If you are having trouble finding your order number, please contact the customer service team with your full name and address. You can email contact@minkadinklondon.com

I have received a faulty/incorrect item

We hope you never receive a faulty or incorrect item, but if you do we will aim to resolve it as quickly as possible. Please note that we cannot accept faulty returns or exchanges for orders older than two months.

To arrange a return/exchange, email our customer service team at contact@minkadinklondon.com with your order number and a photo of the item with tags.

Please also note that if you return a faulty or damaged item without contacting customer service first, you will be responsible for any return costs incurred.

do you offer discount codes / student discounts?

As a small independent brand, we take so much care and love into every part of our process, from thoughtful design to conscious production. Because of this, we don’t offer discount codes or student discounts. We hope you understand this and we truly appreciate all your support - it means the world to us.

PRODUCT & SIZING

What size should I order?

For most of our garments, we recommend ordering your usual size. To make things even easier, you'll find helpful sizing notes on each product page, letting you know if an item runs small, fits oversized, or is true to size.

If you would like further help, please do get in touch with us and we can help you find the right size for you.

The item I want is sold out - when will it be back in stock?

At Minka Dink London, we’re committed to conscious production, so we don’t overproduce our garments, helping to reduce excess stock and avoid landfill waste.

That said, we regularly restock our core pieces. If a style you love is currently sold out, simply click ‘notify me when available’ and you’ll receive an email as soon as it’s back in stock.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

when will my order be shipped?

Once your order has been validated, you will receive a confirmation email. All orders are shipped the same day if ordered before 2pm. All orders after this time will be posted the following working day.

How much is UK shipping?

£4.95 - Standard Delivery (3-5 working days)

£7.95 - Express Delivery (1-3 working days)

International Orders - will I be charged customs duties?

Unfortunately, we cannot determine what duties and taxes you will charged for international orders.

The customer is responsible for all customs duties, charges and taxes associated with their order.

EU orders: Taxes included on orders up to €150. VAT(sales tax) will still apply.

How much is worldwide shipping?

£12.00 - Europe (5-10 working days)

£15.00 - Rest of World (10-13 working days)

How can I track my order?

You will be sent a shipping reference code via email. By clicking on the reference code, you will be redirected to the carrier's page, which will indicate your parcel tracking and status.

If you cannot find your email, please check your junk mail.

Occasionally, the shipping carrier can take a few days to update online. If your shipping reference is not working, please email contact@minkadinklondon.com

I think my order is lost. What shall I do?

If your delivery date has passed, there has been no update to the tracking status on the courier’s website, and it has been more than 7 days since your order was shipped, please contact us with your order number and shipping reference. We will help resolve this as soon as possible.

How do I cancel/modify my order?

You have one hour after placing your order to cancel or modify it. Please email contact@minkadinklondon.com and we will do our best to assist you.

I entered the wrong address. Can I change it?

Please contact us within 1 hour of purchasing in order to change the address.

Our fulfilment company works quickly to ship your orders. Therefore, you must notify us ASAP to change the address before your order is shipped.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your Return & Exchanges policy?

We offer exchanges or returns for credit notes if the item is returned in its original condition within 14 days of delivery.

How long does it take to Exchange?

Please submit your exchange/return via our Returns Portal. Ship the item back to us and the exchange/return should be processed within 3 days of delivery back to the warehouse.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your parcel has been received by our warehouse, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your return.

Your refund will then be processed within a maximum of five working days. You will receive a second confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Please allow up to three additional working days for the funds to appear in your account. We appreciate your patience.

Are returns and exchanges free?

UK Returns & Exchanges: The customer must cover the postage cost to return the item, but we will send the exchange out for free.

Rest of World Returns & Exchanges: The customer must cover all shipping costs associated with their return or exchange.

Why does my return show £0 value?

If you are returning an exchange item for a refund this will show as a £0 value return. Please don't worry as you will be refunded from the original order back to the payment method used.
