Minka Dink London is a rapidly growing fashion brand based in London. Our aim is to create versatile and timeless clothing to suit every occasion. We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Marketing and PR intern to join our team in London for 6 months.  

This internship offers a hands-on experience in fashion marketing, PR outreach and general day to day running of a fashion start up. You will work closely with the Operations and PR Executive and the Marketing Executive to drive brand awareness, create engaging content and support our PR strategy. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker willing to get stuck into every aspect of the business. 

Marketing

• Assist with planning and carrying out photoshoots 
• Support with creating and scheduling content for all social media platforms 
• Ideate and create content for TikTok specifically 
• Influencer outreach and UGC management 
• Assist with creating email marketing campaigns 
• Work with our ad specialists and digital marketing executive to create new and engaging ad assets.

PR

• Assist with PR outreach including researching and contacting journalists, influencers and stylists. 
• Help manage press sample requests and coordinate product gifting.
• Track and report on coverage and other social media mentions.

Ad Hoc

• Website edits on Shopify 
• Helping in our winter pop up as and when you are needed
• Helping manage inventory where necessary 
• Assist in preparing for pop up shops and other events 
• Responding to customer service queries 
• Supporting with operational admin tasks such as updating spreadsheets, tracking stock etc. 

Essential 

• Aged 20+
• Experience with social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest
• Confident both in front of the camera and creating content on your own
• Excellent writing skills
• Keen interest in fashion

Desired 

• Previous experience using Shopify and Canva
• Knowledge of Excel and Google Docs
• Previous experience in retail, marketing or PR
