MARKETING, OPERATIONS & PR

Minka Dink London is a rapidly growing fashion brand based in London. Our aim is to create versatile and timeless clothing to suit every occasion. We are looking for a Marketing, Operations and PR Executive to join our team in London full time. The ideal candidate will be an analytical forward thinker with a creative spark.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing

  • Sending weekly email campaigns using Klaviyo
  • Create assets for paid ads on all social media platforms
  • Campaign management of new product launches, sales and collaborations
  • Assist with planning and carrying out photoshoots

Operations

  • Oversight of order fulfilment, liaising with the warehouse daily
  • Management of our Customer Service representative to oversee the process of exchanges and returns and customer queries
  • Very occasionally responding to customer service queries where necessary
  • Process missing parcel claims
  • Inventory Management - oversee stock levels and adjust accordingly on Shopify
  • Analysing product lead times to sort reordering and forecasting demand
  • Weekly meeting with the Director to discuss reporting and analysis of collection performance, weekly and monthly sales
  • Wholesale management

PR 

  • Design and implement PR strategy
  • Send out frequent press releases
  • Build and maintain relationships with fashion editors, journalists and influencers to gain brand exposure

Ad Hoc 

  • Organising Pop Up Shops
  • Working with Director and Social Media Executive to plan other PR, customer and influencer events 
  • Website edits and updates on Shopify
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Essential 

  • 21+
  • Interest in fashion
  • Experience with social media platforms including Instagram and TikTok
  • At least 6 months of experience in a relevant industry (small business/start up, marketing, fashion, operations, PR etc).
  • We are considering applicants with up to 3 years of experience

Desired

  • Previous experience using Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, Photoshop  
  • Knowledge of Excel and Google Docs
