OVERVIEW

Minka Dink London is a rapidly growing fashion brand based in London. Our aim is to create versatile and timeless clothing to suit every occasion. We are looking for an experienced Head of E-Commerce & Digital Marketing to lead our online growth and digital presence.

This role will lead all digital marketing and e-commerce operations, with a focus on driving online sales, optimising the website and acquiring and retaining customers. The ideal candidate is data-driven and results-oriented, with a strong understanding of the e-commerce world.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

E-commerce Management

  • Manage and regularly update our Shopify website
  • Constantly monitor and improve website performance: customer journeys, UX design, organic traffic, conversion rates, AOV, loading times etc. 
  • Implement A/B testing for website features and product pages to improve conversion rates.

Digital Marketing

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive traffic and sales.
  • Create paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Review paid media performance with our ads agency regularly and adjust strategies accordingly 
  • Execute comprehensive strategy to increase ROI for all paid media.
  • Work with the content team to develop a strategic marketing calendar 
  • End to end management of email marketing campaigns and flows via Klaviyo
  • Optimise SEO and implement best practices to improve organic traffic.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Track, analyse, and report on key performance metrics across all digital channels.
  • Use data to provide insights and recommendations for improving marketing and e-commerce performance.
  • Analyse sales data and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the founder to align digital strategies with overall business goals.
  • Contribute to wider brand marketing strategies. 
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure cohesive campaigns and launches.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2-5 years of experience in an e-commerce and digital marketing or similar role, ideally within the fashion, beauty or homeware sector.
  • Strong understanding of Shopify and Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Meta and other paid ad platforms as well as SEO and PPC.
  • Proven track record of driving online sales and improving e-commerce performance. 
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and optimise performance.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for driving innovation in digital marketing.
