Christmas Pop-Up: Sales Assistant

Location: King's Road, London

Contract: 10th November – 24th December 2025

Roles: 

  • Full-time: 5 days per week (must be available for some weekends)

  • Part-time: 4 hours per day (12 - 4pm, Thursday - Saturday). Flexible option to work some full days if preferred.

OVERVIEW

Minka Dink London is a rapidly growing fashion brand based in London. Our aim is to create versatile and timeless clothing to suit every occasion. We are looking for Sales Assistants for our Christmas pop-up shop. You’ll be the face of Minka Dink on the shop floor, welcoming customers, providing styling and sizing advice, and ensuring everyone has a great experience in-store.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Greet and engage customers in a warm, approachable manner
  • Provide styling and sizing advice and share product knowledge to drive sales
  • Support customers in fitting rooms and at the till
  • Maintain shop floor standards – stock replenishment, tidiness, and displays
  • Assist with stock checks and deliveries
  • Contribute to achieving store KPIs (revenue, conversion, UPT, ATV)
  • Capture customer details as part of the shopping experience
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth store operations

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous retail experience is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, can-do attitude 
  • Proactive and adaptable in a busy store environment
  • Reliable and available to work weekends and during the Christmas trading period
  • 20+

SALARY

£110/day / £12/hr
