Christmas Pop-Up: Store Manager

Location: King's Road, London

Contract: Fixed-term (10th November – 24th December 2025)

Hours: Ideally 5 days per week (must be available for some weekends)

OVERVIEW

Minka Dink London is a rapidly growing fashion brand based in London. Our aim is to create versatile and timeless clothing to suit every occasion. We are looking for a Store Manager to lead our Christmas pop-up shop. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring the highest level of customer service, motivating the team, and hitting key sales targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Manage and motivate the sales team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Ensure smooth daily operations including staff rotas, stock management, and store presentation
  • Drive sales performance, monitoring KPIs such as conversion, UPT, and ATV
  • Handle customer issues with professionalism and efficiency
  • Oversee stock checks and coordinate with head office on replenishment
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, including window displays
  • Ensure company policies on security and customer data capture are followed
  • Act as the main point of contact between the store team and head office

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven experience managing a retail store or pop-up, ideally in fashion
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Commercially minded with a track record of meeting sales targets
  • Confident problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Dependant on experience
