The fashion industry is notorious for having a hugely critical sustainability issue. At Minka Dink, we recognise the weight of this responsibility and are committed to making conscious, sustainable choices every step of the way.
While no brand is perfect, we are dedicated to continuous improvement and transparency. Our goal is to provide fashion that not only looks good but also feels good in the knowledge that it's been produced responsibly and ethically.

manufacturing
At Minka Dink, we ensure that all the factories we work with share our values and are committed to making sustainable choices. Our collections are produced in factories located in the UK, Turkey, Vietnam, and China. Each of our manufacturing partners upholds ethical labor practices, offering fair wages, safe working conditions, and regular breaks. We build close, long-term relationships with our manufacturing partners, visiting them in person, rather than just managing production from afar.
In May 2024, Minnie and Kitty spent a week in Istanbul visiting suppliers. One of which was the atelier behind our Lila Jeans including the washing house, where our manufacturer recycles all water used in the denim-washing process and works with low-water fabrics, making each pair softer to wear as well as gentler on resources. reducing waste
Conscious, thoughtful production is at the core of Minka Dink. We use a batch production model - manufacturing in small quantities to avoid excess inventory and overproduction, so every piece is made with intention rather than mass-produced and left unsold.
Once a year, we host a sample sale, offering garments with slight imperfections or pieces that didn't make it to full production -because we believe every piece deserves a home. Anything that remains unsold is donated to charity, so nothing goes to waste.

PACKAGING & FULFILMENT
Our packaging is designed with sustainability in mind - fully recyclable and sturdy enough to be reused multiple times. Every box, insert card, and sheet of tissue paper is 100% recyclable.
We are proud to work with Europe's first B Corp-certified fulfilment centre, which is actively phasing out plastic from its supply chain, recycling all the materials it can, and shredding packaging for reuse as filling -keeping it out of landfill.
