Minka Dink London is a rapidly growing fashion brand based in London. Our aim is to create versatile and timeless clothing to suit every occasion. We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Marketing, Operations and PR intern to join our team in London for 3 months over the summer. 

This internship offers a hands-on experience in fashion marketing, brand operations and general day to day running of a fashion start up. You will work closely with the Brand Executive and Creative Marketing Executive to drive brand awareness, streamline day to day operations and support PR outreach. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker willing to get stuck into every aspect of the business. 

Marketing

• Assist with planning and carrying out photoshoots 
• Support with creating and scheduling content for all social media platforms 
• Ideate and create content for TikTok specifically 
• Influencer outreach and UGC management 
• Assist with creating email marketing campaigns 
• Work with our ad specialists and digital marketing executive to create new and engaging ad assets.

Operations & Logistics  

• Day to day operational tasks including order management and inventory coordination 
• Assist in preparing for pop up shops and other events 
• Responding to customer service queries 

PR

• Assist with PR outreach including researching and contacting journalists, influencers and stylists. 
• Help manage press sample requests and coordinate product gifting 
• Track and report on coverage and other social media mentions 

Ad Hoc

• Website edits on Shopify 
• Helping in our summer pop up as and when you are needed

Essential 

• Aged 20+ 
• Confident with using social media platforms including Instagram and TikTok.
• Keen interest in fashion

Desired 

• Previous experience using Shopify and Canva
• Knowledge of Excel and Google Docs
• Previous experience in retail, marketing or PR
