Easter pop-up: Back at 324-326 Kings Road, Chelsea
Over Easter this year, we returned to our favourite pop-up spot on King's Road, and it felt so good to be back. We welcomed back so many of our Minka girls back into the space, alongside plenty of new faces discovering us for the first time!
The week before opening was spent turning an empty space into a space that truly felt like Minka. From styling every rail to adding all of the finishing touches. Including our Minka Merch Shop! By the weekend, we were ready to open the doors.
Opening weekend was, as always, so much fun. So many of you came to shop with us, making the store buzz from start to finish. The Minka Cafe returned, serving coffee alongside delicious baked goods for our opening day shoppers, and our incredible seamstress, Celia, was in-store tailoring jeans to create the perfect fit. It was such a good atmosphere, and we loved welcoming you all!
Of course, it wouldn't be a Minka pop-up without a calendar full of events. We welcomed back our favourite Supper Club, bringing together some of our most loyal Minka girls for an evening of great company and great food. We also hosted a run club followed by coffee and pastries, a Reformer class next door at Reformcore, and a brunch celebrating our incredible creative community. These moments are always some of our favourites.
The biggest highlight of the pop-up had to be celebrating Minka’s fifth birthday. To mark the occasion, we booked in a Minka Dink branded pink taxi, driving through the city's busiest streets and turning heads wherever it went. If you spotted it, you'll know it was impossible to miss!
Every pop-up reminds us just how special our community is. Thank you to everyone who came to shop to see us!
